NHRA has revised the 2005 rule book
Roll bars and jackets are now required at 11.49 and quicker instead of 11.99.

Personally I kind of pleased with this. 
My car runs mid 12's at sea level now, and only high 12's here in calgary(3500 ft)
I'm making some winter mods to bring me down a bit.
Could make a high 11 a possibility at Mission, BC.
I'm not really interested in buying/building a roll bar for one race a year.
