I know this has not much to do with what is discussed here, but I just got a magazine from 4WheelParts. In it, there is an article about a '04 Dodge Cummins that was tweaked. I believe the results were rear-wheel dyno: HP tested at 545 Torque.....1,1** (YES, over 1,000...dont remember exact, but it was not just a stump puller, this thing could tow your house!!)
After reading that, I thought it would make a great track tow rig......and racer in the sportsman class.....#nosmileys

I have an 89 Cummins , it made 505 ft lbs torque at the wheels & i adjusted the pump last year & took it back to the dyno & got 930 ft lbs at the wheels & no parts were added or changed !! The Cummins is an awesome engine !!
