I have a pair of these on my 79 Aspen R/T, I don`t drive on the highway very much and I only drive approx. 100-200 miles per month. How low can I safely go with the air pressure to get more of this tire on the ground? I know you can run a s little as 12 pounds when at the track, but I can`t find anything about street pressure. I`m, running 22 pounds right now and the tires still look "hard" the sidewalls are not bulging at all.

Have you talked with the manufacturer?

Have you talked with the manufacturer? Yes I have, they were absolutely no help. They told me to run what the sticker in my door jam says.

I always ran them with 35lbs on the street, and 25 at the track.
The only reason that I changed to slicks was the drag radials wore out to soon.
