Building y EFI magnum motor, its almost done, all I have left is to pick a cam and get the pushrods made. Here are the specs. 318, .030 over, 10.5:1 compression ratio, Cometics, the new Edelbrock aluminum heads ported by KRC performance (here are the flow numbers: krcperformance.com/newcontent/edelheads.html ), 5 speed, 4.10 rear gears, ladder bar rear suspension, a FAST standalone EFI system, progressive 200hp nitrous shot, and 28X12.50 slicks. Any suggestions? I know Comp will custom grind a cam, but I need to think of a ballpark area to start with. Goals are to go high 12's on motor and mid to low 11's on spray. I know Don swears by Racer Brown, but have they done any Magnum EFI cams? Should I give them a call, maybe open a new market to them. There are only all of 3 places selling custom cams (all use Comp to grind them) for the Magnum motors and lots of guys lookign for alternatives. Not everyone wants the same cam as everyone else.
