'58 PU Front Suspension

Friend has a '58 (or so) Dodge Pickup that still has a flat 6 in it (I think) and is wanting to step up to a V-8 small block. Anyone know if there is any type of front suspension kit / k-frame (or whatever it has) for this?

I don't think there is a kit.

Isn't this where a lot guys use an F body cross member and suspension?
The torsion bars go across the front so the fabbing is much easier.
