I have a '70 cuda with a CE ladder link set up and QA1 adjustable coilovers. The front shocks are CE 90/10's. The torsion bars are Mopar .880 drag units. I cannot seem to dial this in to stop wheel spin. The car weighs 3780 with me in it. Weight distribution is 60 front 40 rear.......it's a stock cuda(all steel) with an 8 pt. cage. 440 power output is right around 600 HP. My best run was 11:33@121 with 4.88's and 30 tall Hoosier slicks. Wheel spin on that run stopped about the 100 ft mark. My 60 ft time was 1.72 . My questions is what hole should I put the front eye in? I currently have it in the center hole with -2 degrees of pinion angle. I know I have enough power to pull the front tires and that's where I want to go. Any help would be grealty appreciated.

Basically you want the lower bar on the ladder bar to be level to the ground or lower How much converter are you using ?? you may not be hitting th esuspension hard enough

The converter stalls at 3800. Should the bars be paralell to the ground or the chassis?

Ok.....I have them set up parallel to the ground now. I'm going to the Street Car Nat's this weekend. I will let you know how I make out. I bought a new BG monster fuel system from Don so it should be an interesting weekend. ;D

Well, what a weekend! Ran a best of 10.91 @ 123.49 through the mufflers with 9" slicks. Not too bad for a 3780 lb. cuda with my fat a__ in it! Run 11 rounds and got to the semi's then choked on the tree. I'm still coughing up branches...... Got the suspension dial in now and understand it completely. Thanks for your help. ;D
