Dome piston machining

I have a set of 4.100" TRW forged domed pistons that I want to have some of the dome machined off to reduce final compression to a more street friendly ±9.4:1.
What would be a safe remaining thickness to retain?
I may not need to take any off based on head CCs, gasket thickness, etc but just in case.

Better off leaving them alone and opening up the combustion chamber and/or thicker head gaskets. If that piston top get too thin you may run the risk of it becomming warped or melting from the temps.
