How will it run ?

I've collected almost all the parts to put my new 340 together. I'm hoping to make enough power to go 12.60s or so. (need to beat my buddies 12.80s) Will this combo do it ?

.030" 340
9.6:1 compression
Magnum heads
XE274H 230/236 .513"/.523" with 1.6 rocker 110lsa
650 double pumper
LD340 intake 1" tapered spacer.
1-5/8" headers 3" exhaust

727 10" converter
3.91s suregrip 26X8" slciks

My car weighs around 3300 with me in it.

If Im not close what would you recommend I change to get there ?
