Installed a 8 3/4 489 case 3:55 ratio in a small body 65 Barracuda(Same style as Don's). It has a noticeable whine at certain speeds that was not noticeable in the "B"body it was removed from.
Is it possibe the way this body is designed i.e. the area where the trunk would normally be is part of the interior, may be amplfying the sound some what?
Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated.
