Hi, This afternoon i spoke with Don and ordered a box, coil and ballast for my 1970 Bee that I plan on running at Muscle car drag races. Its a 44700 mile car that I have owned 20 years I am running a 383 auto 3.91's (with all the stock parts (carb intake manifolds) except for a 2 1/2 TTI exhaust and a MP (soon to be FBO ) ignition system (which are allowed under FS rules). The car has run a best of 14.38 at 95.74 on F70-14 polyglas's with lot more in it . Anyway here are a couple of pics of the car..

UPDATE! UPDATE! UPDATE! ;D I havent been on the site for awhile so I thought I would bring everyone up to speed It has been over a year since..I bought one of Dons systems (ECU, Coil, and Ballast) and it has performed flawlessly! Thanks Don for a well engineered product! In April of this year I went and ran in the Factory Stock class at the Year One Experence race at Altanta Dragway and I won the race! I also set a personnel best of 13.76 At 99.76mph. Keep in mind I did this on F70-14 Polyglas's with the 383 using the stock cam, stock intake and exhaust manifolds, uported 906 heads, a recalibrated MP distributor, the original tiny 585 cfm factory holley, and of course an FBO ECU,coil and ballast resistor! Also the car weighed in at 4050 lbs with me in it (3950 lbs without the spare tire and jack) at the Atlanta Dragway scales! I'll say it again the FBO system has run perfectly on the street and on the track! So well that I just purchased a system for my Dad 62 Polara 383 dual quad! Here are some pictures and links to the results! Factory Stock Final I'm one happy dude! Here is a link with the results from Atlanta dragway with pictures www.atlantadragway.com/2005/08_results.htm?submenu=Results&src=gendocs&link=Results&PHPSESSID=6480f8da2db3752a9ee369fbb5851490 Anyway enjoy and thanks again Don!
